OUR MINISTRIES
Here at Speak The Word Faith Hour Ministries, we do our best to provide a number of ways for members andresidents to do their share in weekly service. Our ministries allow opportunities to work together, become leaders and enhance our church and community.
Bible Study
Bible Study is a moderated study of the Bible, emphasizing small study groups, to insure a peaceful, respectful, and instructive atmosphere for the contemplation of God's Word.
Elders / Seniors
As our membership grows, we expect that the older and more experienced members be included in our elders/seniors group. The mission of this group is to lead the congregation by example and be intercessors on behalf of those in spiritual adolescence.
Sunday School
Sunday School is a foundational strategy in the local church for study of the Word of God in small group setting. The intent is to actively engage people in the purposeful and in-depth study of God’s Word. This study will produce spiritual growth, discipleship, fellowship, ministry, and worship, as well as foster personal evangelism.
Youth
The youth is the future of or worship. We are dedicated to the training of a bold generation in the Lord. Young adults and children alike are encouraged to participate in church functions and play some leadership roles. Incorporating the study of God's word and fellowship, the youth program stimulates spiritual growth.
Music
During the hour of praise, everyone plays a part here at Speak The Word Faith Hour Ministries. No matter how big or small your voice may be, it counts in the worship of God. Selections are made per week and the congregation collectively sing praises to Zion. Come let your voice be heard.
Community Service
As followers of Christ we have a life duty to serve. In the calling to serve, we make time and efforts to make connections with the people and organizations of the community. Collectively, we participate in various programs to advance the neighborhood and the residents within.
